Stephen Scorer (aka Steven Thomas-Spires) on choosing my pen name, I decided to keep a branch of the family tree growing?

I am a Nottinghamshire lad with a fondness for Forest, I was a keen footballer but my passion has always been Athletics from Track and Field to running a Marathon.
My writing adventure started in 2016 when after suffering from a mental illness amongst other ailments I was made redundant from my job has a postie, so I decided to follow a dream and a lifelong ambition, I was never that clever at school regarding English (bloody hated it!) so I am the most surprised that I have come this far.
A 2019 update, my poetry books are something that I always seem to be working on. Stravloks Journey is100% complete, it was hard work trying to get that finished! Yet in 2021 I am still editing it and yet undecided as to what and where to go with it.
