MY BOOKS
My books, I never thought I would ever grow into this. These are all my books some of which are still a work in progress. I will add a buy it button or link when I have finished the book, and also more importantly when I am happy with it.
Am I Mad or is it Just Me
This book is a small insight into what I have been suffering, from mental illness to my strange visions.
With all the reasons of my writing dream becoming a reality, full of short stories with some interesting facts.
Spot to Spot
When I first started to write this strange little travel book my intention was to fill it with photos and pictures of the various areas that we pass over, but when coming to the end of the book I decided against this, instead I thought why not go out and take my own pictures of some of these places and make an album or a follow up book just with the pictures from the journey. Of course, anyone can do this, I wonder if the pictures would be the same? It would be interesting to find out in the future if anyone has actually gone out and done this, I will try, but it is a long journey!
What I will do is start a blog page on my website and a Facebook page just for this purpose, where people/ travelers alike can send in their own pictures of the drone’s journey, maybe a drone selfie at Ironbridge or even going up the Stannah Stairlift!
So go out there and follow the drone’s journey and snap away and take some beautiful memories along the way.
I Had To Start Somewhere
I had to start somewhere is a collection of my first 50 poems, my writing journey started after I became redundant from my job as a post person in March 2016, there is a wide range of topics that I have tried to cover with sports poems and some on mental health has to be the most prominent. I aimed to take the reader on the same journey that I went on, for instance, this book of poems goes from one to fifty in around 14 months, starting in the March of 2016 and ending in the May of 2017.
From Somewhere to Here
From somewhere to here is a collection of my second 50 poems, This collection starts where my first collection finished, so from May 2017 to October 2017 I managed to write these fifty poems. If you were mad enough to follow my poetic journey, and me, you would have noticed that the first fifty took me over a year to put together, whilst this second fifty took half the time.
Drabalicious
Drabalicious is a collection of 25 short stories that you can read anywhere anytime, on the tube, riding on a bus or even in a car… as long as you are not driving! Most of these fictional fables are under 350 words, yea I might have crammed some longer ones in there, but that is just to keep your attention span at its utmost prime.
We start with the stories and then I will follow that with some of the reasoning behind what made such tales, some might not be what you first imagined them to be. With some of these stories, I have added some facts that I have found out along the way into doing some research for these small tales.
